Would you like me to retrieve your box, your shortness?

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking the height difference between these two is almost comical. Knowing that there are scenes where Carrie Fisher needed a bit of help in the height department just makes watching Star Wars that much more enjoyable for me. But I'd better shut my mouth before George gets ideas for more digital enhancements, if you catch my drift...

    Just watch ESB and you'll notice the height difference between them fluctuate. The most obvious scene is when they kiss for the first time. Another is when they argue in the corridor on Hoth, she's standing on a slightly raised platform. There's also some crafty camera angling and Han leans towards her a bit. When they end up in the carbon freeze chamber, she has conveniently obtained some heeled boots. Then I just realized every time they kiss in ROTJ they're either sitting on the ground or he's picking her up. ;)
